बार्षिक कीमत की युद्ध जागीर, सनद में दी गई शर्तों के अनुसार सहर्ष प्रदान करते हैं ।

No. 16 / 4 /85 -Edu II(2).— The Governor of Haryana is pleased to amend the existing section (e)
of Rule 5- Amalgamated Fund Priority A of the school s Pupil s Funds Rules, 1972 , as Under :

“ Expenses in connection with cultural and educational trips and activities. The students and

teachers going on such trips should be allowed one half of actual rail fare or actual
bus fare for onward and backward journeys. No tonga hire should be allowed . Teachers

may be paid Rs 10 as pocket expenses and students Rs 8 per day as subsidy. "
2. This issues with the concurrence of Finance Department conveyed ,-vide their U. o .
No. 2992-3FD - II / 86 , dated 14th July, 1986.

Secondary Multipurpose occurring in Articles 213.314 and 215 of the Haryana Education Code may be
substituted with the word “ Senior Secondary ” .

No. 2982 - C - VII - 86 / 30493. - The Governor of Haryana is pleased to extend the following concessions
already granted to the Cooperative Labour and Construction Socieites in the State, -vide Government
Notlfication No. 3595 C -VI-82 /12656 . dated 12th April, 1982 for a further period of five years i. e.
upto the 31st December , 1991 :

(i) All unskilled works upto any value and skilled works upto the limit of Rs. 2,00,000 for

each work should be allotted to these societies only by way of tenders within the ceiling
rates fixed by the respective Superintending Engineers of each branch of the P. W. D. In

case , these societies fail to tender or do not accept the work within the ceiling rates so
fixed , the work may be executed by inviting open tenders from both the contractors
and the societies . The supply of bajri and Tiba sand (Earth by trucks) etc ; may be
treated as unskilled works.

(ii) If more than one Labour and Construction Cooperative Societies have offered tenders

for a work , the lowest rate accepted will be made applicable to the other societies
as well for doing that work upto their capacity, the work left over being got executed by

inviting open tenders from contractors as well as the societies .
(iii) Till the time the ceiling rates are fixed in any particular circle the existing practice

should continue for the allotment of the works to the societies.

(iv) The Societies will make payment of the earnest money of Rs. 200/- or 1 % whichever is

less , for all skilled works.

(v) Skilled and unskilled portion of works should be determined separately, before calling

tenders when some unskilled work is mingled in a skilled work .

( vi) Payments should be made to the Labour & Construction Societies every fortnight for

the work executed .

(vii) The Labour & Construction Societies be exempted from any licencing fee .
( viii) The concessions granted to Labour & Construction Societies will also apply to works

relating to Semi-Government, Local Government Public Sector Corporations , Improve
ment Trusts , Marketing Board , Housing Board , Haryana State Electricity Board and
other Statutory Bodies.

(ix ) The copies of the tender notices issued by any work allotting agency will also be

forwarded to the District Labour & Construction Union as well as to the concerned

Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies for their information .
(x ) The Labour & Construction Societies should be given preference for allotment of

machinery and equipment on hire basis by the work -allotting agencies as against other
private agencies.

(xi) Arbitration cases of Labour & Construction Societies should be decided within a period

of four months and Arbitrator should be Superintending Engineer other than the
incharge of the circle .

( xii) Meetings called by the Labour & Construction Federation Haryana for pending payments

and other issues pertaining to these societies should invariably be attended by the Field
Officers of the work awarding agencies.

2. The Committee shall constantly watch the actual establishment of Pilot Project and
»-ordinate the activities of District Level Officers so as to achieve optimum results.

No, 4255 -SW (4)-86 . - In Supersession of the Haryana Government, Social Welfare Department
Notification No. 4812 -SW ( 4)-86 , dated 23rd December, 1985, the Governor of Haryana is pleased
to constitute a State Level Advisory Committee fo : in -depth study of the Sch.me of “ District
Rehabilitation Contre" formulated by the Government of India , Ministry of Welfare, New Delhi, --vide
their letter No. 15-1 /84 . HW . III, dated tie 23th October, 1985 , the Committee shall co.isider the
feasibility of setting up a Pilot Project in the State and also make recommendations regarding
selection of District, two Primary Health Centres etc, and lay down policies, relating to recruitment
of staff , thuir pay cales , construction of building and to take all policy decisions relating to the
implementation of the Project. The Committee shall consist of the following :
